It is possible to ban users from the dashboard.

You can set a reason and an expiration date for the ban.

How to ban a user

1. Go to the users page
2. Click on the user you want to ban
3. Click on the ban button
4. You will be redirected to the banned user's session
5. You can now test the app as the banned user

How to unban a user

1. Go to the users page
2. Click on the user you want to unban
3. Click on the unban button
4. You will be redirected to the unbanned user's session
5. You can now test the app as the unbanned user
